The Solo Reset Method was born from 25+ years of solo walking around the world. It's not a fitness program or a sightseeing checklist — it's a structured practice for using intentional movement to access clarity, release what no longer serves you, and reclaim your truest self.

It works whether you're walking through medieval France, your local park, or a city you've never visited before. The method is the map. The walk is the journey.

The path unfolds in four movements

Move

Walking is the foundation. Not hiking, not rushing — intentional, rhythmic movement that brings you into your body and out of your head. The body knows things the mind has forgotten.

"Begin each day with a 20-minute intentional walk. No destination. No phone. Just movement."

Notice

Presence is the practice. Notice what arises — fear, beauty, resistance, wonder. Notice what you're drawn to and what you avoid. The landscape becomes a mirror.

"Pause three times during your walk. Ask: What am I noticing right now — in my body, my thoughts, my surroundings?"

Release

Movement creates space. As you walk, old stories, limiting beliefs, and accumulated tension begin to loosen. You don't have to force it — just keep moving and let the path hold what you're ready to leave.

"At the end of each walk, write one thing you're releasing. Fold the paper. Leave it somewhere on the path."

Reclaim

This is the arrival. After moving, noticing, and releasing — space opens for something new. Clarity. Courage. A quieter, truer version of yourself steps forward.

"Journal: Who am I becoming on this walk? What quality am I reclaiming?"
